Guest lecture on developments in query languages
On 8 May 2025 Prof. Viktor Leis from the Technical University Munich gave a talk in the special lecture series of the Elite Graduate Program “Software Engineering”. Prof. Leis talked about challenges and concepts for improving query languages for relational databases.

Schnee, ferner
The Inter­na­tional Doc­torate Pro­gram “Um(Welt)Denken” met for inspir­ing soft skills semi­nars at the Schneefernerhaus. This loca­tion pro­vided a unique plat­form for ob­serva­tions of the im­pres­sive moun­tain land­scape. An­ne-So­phie Balzer cap­tured the spe­cial at­mosphere in a poem writ­ten dur­ing her stay there.
