“Weberinnen und Weber vor Ort”
The “Weberinnen und Weber vor Ort” are committed supporters of the Max Weber Program at the university locations. They support other scholarship holders through personal encounters, provide advice and assistance with questions and problems and organize joint events.
At many university locations, there are dedicated supporters of the Max Weber Program who, as “Weberinnen und Weber vor Ort”, are the contact persons for all scholarship holders. They organize meetings to get to know each other, exchange ideas and help with initial questions about the programs on offer. The “Weberinnen und Weber vor Ort” meet once or twice a year to exchange ideas and make plans. Their support for the Max Weber Program is valuable and enriches the life of the scholarship holders on site.
In addition, the “Weberinnen und Weber vor Ort” are involved locally at schools and universities in Bavaria, for example by presenting the support and educational opportunities offered by the Max Weber Program at school events or university information days.
