Digital City Guide “Cold War: Murder in Munich”
Stu­dents of the 18th cohort of the Elite Grad­uate Pro­gram "East Euro­pean Stud­ies" pre­sent­ed their app, which they de­veloped dur­ing the pro­ject course, at a con­fer­ence. It deals with assas­sina­tions car­ried out by East­ern Euro­pean secret ser­vices in Mu­nich dur­ing the Cold War.

In this semi­nar, stu­dents of the Elite Grad­uate Pro­gram “Sci­en­tific Com­puting” solved com­plex prob­lems from indus­try and busi­ness using a wide varie­ty of tech­niques such as math­emat­ical mod­eling, nu­meri­cal meth­ods, and rein­forcement learn­ing.
