A new Logo for the Elite Net­work of Ba­var­ia

The sta­te-run pro­gram for the pro­mo­tion of gifted stu­dents, Elite Net­work of Ba­varia, which is unique in Ger­many, is now pre­sent­ing itself with a mod­ernized vis­ual brand label. Through the com­posi­tion of the two inter­twined loz­enges, the logo opens up to the view­er be­yond the light col­ored areas - a sym­bolic invi­tation to all young scien­tific tal­ents and scien­tific per­sonal­ities from all over the world to be­come part of the Elite Net­work Ba­varia and to shape the future to­geth­er.

In addi­tion, this open de­sign also sym­boli­cally em­phasizes the live­liness, cos­mo­poli­tanism and dy­namism of the elite net­work with re­gard to its scien­tific and intel­lectu­al po­ten­tial for the fu­ture. Therefore, the inter­twined loz­enges are not only in­tend­ed to re­mind us of the Free State as the sup­port­ing or­gani­zation of the Ba­varian Elite Net­work, but also to sym­bolize the inter­action of the fund­ing lines and the idea of net­work­ing.
